LATE ENTRIES: In the event that the tournament is not being fully subscribed by end of day, Tuesday 9th December, entries maybe extended, however NO TOURNMENT T-SHIRT will be possible (with a reduced entry fee of £20). Any entries after we reach maximum capacity of 48 players (max 40 squash, max 8 racquetball), will be added to the waitlist. The “Save Court 3” Hazelwood Squash & Racquetball Invitational 2025, will be:

Squash A : Top 8 players (Likely 3500k+)

Squash B : Next 8 players (Likely 2500k+)

Squash C : Next 8 players (Likely 1200k+)

Squash D : Last 8 to 16 players (Likely 0-1200k+)

Raquetball: 8 players max, first come first served

Entries are invited for the annual Hazelwood Christmas Squash and Racquetball Invitional 2025, happening on Sunday 21st December from 9:30am to 7pm. 

Players will be split into different grades depending on squashlevels roughly as above.

Entry fee for non-members is £30 inclusive of tournament t-shirt (for entries received by Tuesday 9th December, see design below) & buffet lunch. The entry fee can be paid via sports manager in advance or on the day to the tournament organiser. If anyone has trouble entering online please text Patrick Mills directly on 07928 759812, with your email address and full name to be added to the tournament manually.

Hazelwood members may enter the tournament for free by contacting Patrick Mills on 07928 759812 to be added to the entry list (if members would like a t-shirt they are optional at £15, but please let us know by Tuesday 9th December at the latest).

Membership for 18-25 tennis & squash is £22 per month, junior squash 12-18 members £14.20 per month, senior squash and padel membership £29 per month, cancellable anytime, which you can sign up for via https://hazelwood.clubsolution.co.uk/newlook/proc_varer.asp or by contacting the club directly on 0208 360 1384 for the monthly option or to discuss details.

Players will be prioritised for the tournament in order of entry date and time, we have capacity for a maximum of 48 players so please get your entry in ASAP!

New this year, we will be running a racquetball tournament alongside the squash tournament. All categories will be a monrad event and trophies will be awarded for winners and runners up of both the main competition in each category and the plate competition.
