Please arrive at your match venue and report to the tournament desk for registration each day and each new venue at least 20 minutes before the start of your match. T-shirts: Please collect these when you register for your first match.
Seeding
The seeding has been set by the England Squash seeding panel. The top 8 have been seeded by the panel. Any seedings below the top 8 have been set based on the rankings for Feb 23 (not March 23 rankings as previously advised). Playing positions between 3-4, 5-8, 9-16, 16+ are randomised by the tournament software (sports manager) to determine the draw.
Draws
The draw sizes above 16 are set in 8’s (24, 32, 40, 48, 54 64) to ensure maximum matches for players and minimizing byes.
Match Schedule
Friday 10th March: BU15s, BU17s & BU19s (first match).
All other age categories will play their first matches on Saturday 11th March
Waitlist
Players who do not initially make the draw will be added to the waitlist in ranking order. If there is a withdrawal and a space comes available, the player at the top of the waiting list will be advised as soon as possible and invited to be included in the draw. This player will replace the withdrawn player in the draw, except if it is a top 8 seed, then the waitlist player will be added to the bottom the seeding/draw. If a top 8 seed withdraws and the draw will be redrawn.

Players currently on the waitlist are provided in the attached, and in the order listed. If players on the waitlist do not make the draw, a full refund will be provided after the event.
Redraws
If there is a withdrawal from a top 8 seed, the players in the draw be reseeded to move up the draw. All players will be advised the redraw has been made.
Refunds
No refunds will be issued if a player withdraws from the tournament once the draws have been issued.
Withdrawals during the event
If a player needs to withdraw mid tournament, he/she or the parent must contact the appropriate tournament manager at the venue for their next match as soon as possible giving the full reason for withdrawal. Players withdrawing or default a match also default any subsequent matches. You must contact the tournament director or contact by phone asap at your next venue if you need to withdraw. Do not send an email.
