Details about the competition
The competition will be part of Hampshire squash committee who will be responsible for the running of the tournament. The committee will therefore be liaising with the squash coaches who will be running the event over the course of 3 days. We are actively looking for a sponsor and thus have a few in the pipeline to sponsor the event together with Hampshire squash. We are also looking to get prior feedback from parents and juniors who have attend silvers events to get an understanding on how we can make the tournament more successful than other silver events e.g. an alternative to shirts such as hoodies, many professionals referee within Hampshire, a tournament liaison officer to deal with any issues allowing the coaches to concentrate on running the event smoothly. We will be having many meeting with all relevant people on running the event to iron out any problems that can be resolved. Collectively we are looking to enhance the silver event in Hampshire by allowing the tournament to run as smoothly as possible.
